Support the Mission — Become a Sponsor
Sponsorship of the 2026 Nashville Driver Legitimacy Summit puts your organization at the center of the fight against CDL fraud and cargo theft.
Support the Mission
Organizations, companies, and individuals may sponsor at an amount of their choosing — there are no preset levels or required amounts. Every contribution helps bring together government, law enforcement, shippers, carriers, and technology leaders to strengthen driver legitimacy, reduce freight fraud, and better protect freight at pickup.
Choose Your Sponsorship Amount
Custom Sponsorship — choose the amount the Summit is worth supporting.
If you believe in the mission, choose the amount you would like to sponsor.
Sponsorship is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.
Sponsor Benefits
- Align your brand with the national freight-protection movement
- Logo and brand placement across Summit, web, and press materials
- Recognition from the main stage and in Summit materials
- Direct networking with industry, enforcement, and government leaders
- Up to two (2) complimentary seats to the full 3-day Summit — including all sessions, networking, and catered meals
Where Your Contribution Goes
The Nashville Summit is a not-for-profit event. Sponsorship dollars are applied directly to the cost of producing the Summit — not to overhead or profit. Every contribution helps cover:
Full Disclosure After the Event
After the Summit, every sponsor receives a transparent post-event disclosure report showing exactly where their contribution was allocated. You will see the real costs your sponsorship helped cover — because a movement built on accountability should hold itself accountable first.
Sponsor Recognition
Custom sponsors may be recognized on the Summit website and in applicable Summit materials. Recognition is appropriate to the sponsorship amount and coordinated with the Summit team. There are no rigid sponsorship tiers for this option — you choose the amount you would like to sponsor.
Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement & Contribution
By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor agrees to provide the stated contribution to The Driver Legitimacy Initiative™ for the 2026 Nashville Driver Legitimacy Summit. Sponsor recognition is confirmed after the contribution is received in full.
2. Not-for-Profit Use of Funds
The Summit is operated on a not-for-profit basis. Contributions are used solely to cover direct event expenses — venue, catering, production, materials, speaker logistics, and operations. No portion is distributed as profit or dividend.
3. Post-Event Disclosure
Within a reasonable period following the Summit, each sponsor will receive a disclosure summary outlining how contributions were allocated. This report is provided for transparency and does not constitute an audited financial statement.
4. Brand, Logo & Likeness Usage
By sponsoring, the sponsor grants The Driver Legitimacy Initiative™ permission to display the sponsor's name, logo, and provided marketing materials across Summit, web, and press materials. The Initiative reserves the right to decline or remove content it deems unsuitable. The sponsor confirms it holds the rights to all assets provided.
5. Recognition & Placement
Sponsor recognition is appropriate to the sponsorship amount and is subject to production timelines. Late contributions may affect placement in pre-printed or pre-produced materials; the Initiative will make reasonable efforts to include all confirmed sponsors.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Sponsorship supports the Summit and the broader Driver Legitimacy Initiative™ mission but does not guarantee any specific legislative, regulatory, policy, or business outcome, endorsement, contract, or access to decision-makers beyond the stated sponsorship recognition.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Contributions are generally non-refundable once sponsorship recognition has commenced. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. If a cancellation is received before production commitments are made, a partial refund may be considered at the Initiative's discretion.
8. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Initiative reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the Summit, or to cancel the event, due to circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation by the Initiative, contributions will be applied to a rescheduled event or refunded as determined by the Initiative.
9. Conduct & Independence
Sponsorship does not entitle the sponsor to direct program content, speaker selection, or editorial control. The Initiative independently determines the Summit agenda, speakers, and messaging. Sponsors are expected to engage in a manner consistent with the Initiative's mission.
10. Liability
The Driver Legitimacy Initiative™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from sponsorship participation. Total liability is limited to the contribution received from the sponsor.
11. Confidentiality & Data
Sponsor contact and application information is used to administer sponsorship and deliver recognition. It will not be sold or shared outside the purposes of the Summit and Initiative.
12. Governing Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Submission of a sponsorship application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Initiative may update these terms at any time; the terms in effect at the time of contribution apply to each sponsor.
By becoming a sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions above.
