Driver Legitimacy™ Initiative Guidelines — Building on the 2026 Summit and Presidential Commitment
Not-for-Profit Structure
The Driver Legitimacy Summit is a not-for-profit event. All fees collected are applied solely to the costs of hosting the summit, with full post-event disclosure of fund disbursement available upon request. Any remaining funds will be allocated to future Summits.
501(c)(6) Tax-Exempt Status: The Driver Legitimacy Initiative™ is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(6) non-profit trade association status with the IRS. This designation is pending and under review.
Participation Policy
Participation is centered on collaboration and problem-solving, not promotion. While attendees may briefly share their role in the industry, this platform is not for selling or marketing services or products.
Any individual who demonstrates a primary focus on promoting their personal platform, services, or agenda rather than contributing to the objectives of the summit may, at the discretion of the organizers, be asked to depart the event to preserve its integrity and purpose.
By participating in the Driver Legitimacy Summit, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that this event is focused on industry advancement through collective action.
