The Driver Legitimacy Network Regulatory & Public Interest Partnership Program exists to facilitate structured dialogue, data-sharing, and policy development among government agencies, enforcement entities, academia, and industry stakeholders to improve commercial driver verification, licensing integrity, and freight safety.

Participation does not imply endorsement of any commercial product or entity.

Financial contributions do not confer policy control, voting authority, or regulatory influence. Policy recommendations are developed through consensus and public-interest principles.

Transparency Clause

Summaries of policy recommendations and working group outputs will be publicly released to ensure transparency and accountability.
