The full event runs January 5 & 6, 2027. Attendees can claim seats in your booth, see who is there, and request one-on-one conversations.

Price Schedule
Official Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this policy before you reserve your booth. By reserving an exhibitor booth for the Driver Legitimacy EXPO, you confirm that you understand and accept the cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booth.
Refunds at a glance: Booths are refundable up to 45 days before the event; after that they are non-refundable but transferable. The only exception is a full refund if the organizer cancels the event.
Refund terms for small, medium, and large booth reservations.
- •You may cancel your booth reservation and receive a full refund if you request it in writing at least 45 days before the event (no later than November 21, 2026). The booth space is immediately held for you and removed from available inventory upon purchase.
- •Cancellation requests received less than 45 days before the event are non-refundable. In that case, contact us as early as possible and we will review whether your payment can be applied toward a future EXPO or a sponsorship credit. This is not guaranteed and is decided case by case.
- •Booths are transferable at any time. You may assign your reserved booth to another exhibitor with our written approval. Contact us to update the company name, contact details, and listing.
- •No refund or credit is issued for cancellation within 45 days of the event, no-show, failure to submit booth setup materials, or removal for violation of event rules.
- •Booth setup details (logo, description, services, website, and live meeting link) are collected by email after purchase and must be submitted at least 7 days before the event. Failure to submit materials does not entitle you to a refund.
- •Zelle booth orders: a pending order that has not yet been paid may be cancelled by not sending payment. Once payment is received and the booth is confirmed, the non-refundable terms above apply.
- •If the EXPO is cancelled by the organizer, every exhibitor will receive a full refund of the booth amount paid to the original payment method.
This policy applies to the Driver Legitimacy EXPO and is effective for all registrations and booth purchases. The organizer may update these terms; any change applies prospectively to new purchases only and does not alter terms already agreed at the time of your payment. Questions about a refund or transfer?
