Biography

Drew Singleton Wilder is the Founder and CEO of Vicarious Liability Risk Management LLC (VLRM) and a recognized subject matter expert in motor carrier and freight brokerage risk management. His career spans dock operations, senior risk management leadership, and advisory roles focused on trucking safety, certificate of insurance compliance, cargo claims, and vicarious liability mitigation. Drew is actively involved in transportation policy and legislation in Washington State. In 2018, he was appointed Co-Chair of the Washington Department of Licensing Autonomous Vehicle Subcommittee, where he helped evaluate regulatory challenges across liability, infrastructure, safety, technology, workforce, and equity domains. The committee delivered recommendations to state leadership through its completion in 2024. In 2003, after eighteen years in the freight industry, Drew founded VLRM to provide specialized compliance and risk advisory services. He has built a team of experienced COI compliance professionals with deep freight industry backgrounds to help organizations reduce exposure and improve operational controls. Drew Singleton Wilder is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, Master of Jurisprudence, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Law, Politics and Economy, University of Washington, Bachelor of Science, Business Management, University of Phoenix, Tukwila, Washington, and AAS, Freight Logistics Mgmt., Green River College, Auburn, Washington.
