Alex Snook is a logistics entrepreneur and freight technology leader with hands-on experience across brokerage, fleet operations, and freight technology development. He is the Chief Executive Officer of OnSight and co-owner of Presidential Trucking, bringing a dual perspective from both carrier operations and logistics technology innovation. Alex began his career in logistics with a freight brokerage, where he built a book of business and developed deep expertise in carrier relationships, freight execution, and customer service. He later transitioned into trucking ownership, managing fleet operations, driver hiring, and growth strategy while gaining firsthand insight into the operational challenges carriers face on the road and at the dock. Following a significant cargo theft incident, Alex was inspired to develop OnSight, a driver verification and dock-visibility platform designed to improve security, reduce fraud, and provide real-time accountability for shippers and logistics providers. His work focuses on bridging the gap between operational execution and technology-driven risk mitigation in modern freight networks. Alex is also an industry mentor and advocate, sharing real-world lessons on freight fraud prevention, fleet growth, and technology adoption.
